Another Sleepless Night

Yes! I too can not sleep either!  Uggg. I am up in the wee hours in the morning and just cant seem to get a good nights sleep these days.  I have seen so many of my FB friends going thru the very same thing.  With all of the uncertainty and stress going on in all of our lives it is no wonder none of us are sleeping well. BUT we MUST. We need to find a way to quiet our minds and bodies to fall asleep and recharge our selves. Here are a few natural tricks I have tried and they have worked for me in the past. They are simple remedies and they may be things you already have around the house seeing as we are all still on a Stay at Home Order.

Chamomile Tea: Chamomile Tea has been known as a natural remedy to reduce anxiety. So make a nice cup of tea curl up in your favorite chair and relax.

Jasmine Essential Oils: Jasmine Essential Oils have been known to help with insomnia, Try putting a few drops of Jasmine Essential Oils in a nice warm bath, or use a Jasmine Soap Bar or maybe some Lotion.

Lavender Essential Oils: Lavender Essential Oils have been known to help soothe and set a relaxing mode. Just like the Jasmine you can put a few drops in a nice warm bath, a Lavender Soap Bar or maybe some Lotion. Consider putting some of that Lavender Lotion on the soles of your feet. You will be amazed.

Grapes: Eat a handful of grapes before bed time.  Grapes have natural Melatonin. Once you do fall asleep it will help you sleep longer.
